Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality check, and packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipping, most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier operations, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

International Shipping

We may ship to international destinations depending on product availability and delivery coverage.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number or if your tracking is not updating yet, please allow a little extra time, as carrier systems may take time to refresh.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the tracking status shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need help, contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
